Refund & Exchange Policy – Lot Ka Maal

At Lot Ka Maal, we aim to provide our customers with a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

Sale & Discounted Items

All items purchased at a sale, promotional, clearance, or discounted price are final sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

By placing an order for a sale or discounted product, the customer acknowledges and accepts this condition.

Regular-Priced Items

For eligible regular-priced products, an exchange or return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible, the product must:

Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
Be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Have all original tags and labels attached.
Show no signs of wear, alteration, washing, damage, perfume, stains, or misuse.
Be accompanied by valid order information or proof of purchase.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

We may request clear photographs and/or videos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and other relevant details to verify the claim.

Once the claim has been reviewed and approved, we will provide an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

Products purchased on sale, discount, clearance, or promotional pricing.
Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or used.
Products without their original tags or packaging.
Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling.
Items returned without prior approval.

Size & Color

Customers are responsible for checking the available size information before placing an order.

Slight variations in product color may occur due to photography, lighting conditions, fabric characteristics, or differences in mobile and computer displays. Such minor variations are not considered defects.

Return Shipping

Where a return or exchange is approved for reasons unrelated to an incorrect or defective item supplied by us, return shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility.

Products sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

If a return qualifies for a refund, the returned product will first be inspected. Once approved, the refund will be processed using the applicable refund method.

Original delivery charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from an error on our part.

Sale and discounted purchases are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
